Rental Information

Cost of Rental: $40.00 / day

Fee is due to the Clerk’s Office no less than 2 business days before the event.

Rental of the room includes use of the kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and any dishes and utensils in cupboards.  Tables and chairs may be set up in the room as needed.  Please clean off tables and put away after use.  Please do not put food items or complete craft projects on the large wooden table in room.

Contact the Village Clerk’s Office at 608-543-3113 the week of your reservation to get a key for entry. 


Please respect the history of our building.  If you choose to decorate, do not use push pins, nails, or tape on any walls or woodwork.  You may decorate tables and windows.  Anyone that causes damage to the building will be charged for repairs.

Rules & Regulations

  • I acknowledge that submission of this form is a request for the Village Clerk to review room availability and does not guarantee the room is available at the requested time
  • I acknowledge the Village of Argyle reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone and can cancel my reservation within 1 business day of receiving this form
  • I acknowledge the clean-up of any areas used for this event are my responsibility
  • I will take all garbage with me or place in a Village of Argyle Yellow Garbage Bag and leave in vestibule area inside front door.
  • I will be responsible for the supervision of activities during this event and the conduct of persons present. 
  • I will be responsible for any damage to property inside and outside and will be billed repair costs for any damage.
  • I will make sure everything is turned off upstairs and in bathrooms and will return keys by placing them in the night drop box located at the right side of the front door after I have locked the door.
