Argyle’s Open Market

Visit the Market

Argyle’s Open Market runs on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from June to October from 8 am to 11 am.

In 2026, the market will be situated on the East Milwaukee Street between State and Broad streets.

The market invites vendors and artisans to join, offering a variety of goods such as baked items, honey, salsas, jams, pickles, produce, meats, and artisan creations. The market also features live entertainment, workshops, and special events throughout the season. Visitors can enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere while supporting local businesses.

More information on special events will be posted closer to the market season. Many of our market dates coincide with other exciting events in Argyle, allowing you to fully experience the community and all it has to offer.

Additionally, the market provides a platform for small businesses to showcase their products and connect with customers. Whether you’re looking for fresh produce or unique handcrafted items, Argyle’s Open Market offers a diverse selection of goods.

Make sure to mark your calendar and visit the market to experience the local flavors and talents showcased at this community event.

How to become a vendor

Review Important Guidelines

  • Argyle’s Open Market is sponsored by the Village of Argyle and there is no participation fee.
  • No electricity or dumpsters are available for vendor use. Please take all garbage with you.
  • Set-up time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 9:00 AM.
    • If additional set-up time is needed, contact the market manager in advance to plan.
  • Please plan to stay the whole time
    • Bring enough products to last the entire market time, as the guest who arrives at 12:15 deserves the same experience as the one who arrives at 9:00 AM.
  • Selling Baked Goods: Please refer to guidelines available at www.wisconsincottagefood.com if you plan to sell baked goods.

Understand Licensing Requirements:

  • Both new and returning vendors are required to fill out the Vendor Agreement and Form S-240-C as stipulated by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
  • Provide copies of relevant licenses or certificates for items that require them.
  • These measures are in place to protect vendors, guests, and the Village.
